Chairman - Mr Barry MacKinnon, AM, BEcon, FCPA, JP
Mr MacKinnon has a wide range of experience in corporate finance and business management. He is currently a Director of Ausrecord Pty Ltd, a document management company. He is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants. Over the past three years Mr MacKinnon has not held any ASX directorships other than Cervantes Seafood Limited. Now Cervantes Corporation Ltd.
Managing Director - Collin Vost Dip Financial Services(Financial Planning) AII AAII
Mr Vost has more than 20 years experience in Public Company corporate matters and served on the board of many junior companies. He has also been involved in the stock broking industry for many years and now runs his own securities dealing company under his own financial securities licence.( Zurich Securities Pty Ltd). Mr Vost was also instrumental in raising the capital to recapitalise Cervantes in mid 2007.
Non Executive Director - Graeme Armstrong
Mr Armstrong was a highly successful Director of Scarborough Motors in WA and the Managing Director of Toyota Galleria until retiring from those positions a short time ago and now pursues his own investments.
